1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Tortex Smart website and the purchase of products sold through it.
1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.

2. Products & Information

2.1 Tortex Smart sells electronic products including earbuds and related accessories.
2.2 Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product color or design may slightly vary.
2.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product details and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Orders can be placed only through our website.
3.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
3.3 We accept prepaid payments only, securely processed through Razorpay.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
4.2 Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
4.3 We deliver Pan India.
4.4 Tortex Smart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. No Refund Policy

5.1 All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
5.2 Once payment is completed, the amount paid is non-refundable.
5.3 By placing an order, you agree to our No Refund, Replacement Only policy.

6. Replacement & Warranty

6.1 All products come with a 6-month replacement warranty, unless stated otherwise.
6.2 Replacement is provided only for manufacturing defects or non-working products.
6.3 Refunds will not be issued, even during the warranty period.
6.4 A clear video showing the issue is mandatory for approval of any replacement request.

Replacement is not applicable in case of:

Physical or accidental damage
Water or moisture damage
Misuse or unauthorized repair
Normal wear and tear

7. Replacement Process

7.1 If an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, reverse pickup may be arranged (subject to availability).
7.2 If the issue is reported after 24 hours, the customer must courier the product at their own expense.
7.3 Replacement will be processed only after verification of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Tortex Smart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8.2 Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tortex Smart.
9.2 Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy

10.1 Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
