No Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.

Once payment is completed, the amount is non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Delay in delivery

By placing an order, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
Replacement Warranty (6 Months)

All products, including earbuds and electronics, come with a 6-month replacement warranty.

Replacement is provided only for defective or non-working items.

Refunds are never provided, even during the warranty period.
Replacement Conditions
To request a replacement:

The product must be defective or not functioning properly

Report the issue within the 6-month warranty period

Provide proof of purchase (Order ID / confirmation email)

A short video showing the defect is mandatory for replacement approval
Replacement is not applicable for:

Physical damage due to misuse or mishandling

Water or moisture damage

Normal wear and tear

Unauthorized repairs
Replacement Request Timeline

If the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost (where applicable).

If the request is after 24 hours, the customer will need to send the product to us via courier at their own cost.
